Terms & Conditions

  • Terms and conditions are in line with the booking system and will have been clearly defined at the time of booking or as follows -

    • Deposit Policy
    25 percent of the total amount will be charged to the credit or debit card immediately after booking and is required to confirm the booking, but is refundable subject to the cancellation policy stated when the booking was made. No surcharge for card use is made on this deposit; however a nominal 3% charge may be made be made on the remaining balance if paid by credit or debit card. Cash on arrival thus avoids any surcharge.

    Cancellation Policy
    Any cancellations must be made by email to ensure a record is made.
    If cancelled 29 days or longer before date of arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
    If cancelled within 14 to 28 days before date of arrival, only the deposit will be charged and will not be refundable.
    If cancelled within 14 days before date of arrival or in the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged to the debit or credit card used to confirm the booking. 

  • As there are neighbour's on both sides of the apartments (and above or below), noise levels should be kept to a minimum.
  • Parties are not allowed at any time and if reported by neighbour's will lead to expulsion
  • Access to the apartments will be by arrangement with Stephen. It should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure please (unless otherwise agreed)
  • This is a completely non smoking apartment (wall ashtray provided outside)
  • Pets are not allowed (with the exception of guide dogs)
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused and the cost will be charged to the a/c of the guest who made the booking
  • Any illegal or crime related activity will be reported to the police with full cooperation from us and will lead to immediate expulsion
